The Society of Women Engineers From societyofwomengineers.swe.org The Society of Women Engineers was officially formed in 1950 SWE’s vision is “To be key to the success of women in engineering and technology”
Society Level SWE has over 400 professional and collegiate sections throughout the country which fall into one of 10 regions There are also Members-at-Large and International Members The Society provides many benefits to members such as professional and collegiate webinars, conferences, connections, and other useful resources
MSOE SWE Section • MSOE’s section of SWE belongs to Region H • We focus on three main areas: • Professional Development • Community Outreach • Social Connections • To support efforts, we also need fundraising
