  9. WORK SATISFACTION and LIFE SATIFACTION Depends upon individual’s ability to select profession/field according to his/her abilities needs and interests in work and life

  10. SELF EFFICACY People who have high SELF-EFFICAY and high abilities perform higher in their CAREER than those who do not have or have less self efficacy. so develop SELF EFFICAY in yourself

  11. A VERY IMPORTANT FACT A match between PERSONALITY TYPE and the ENVIRONMENT which supports that type, leads to greater CAREER SATISFACTION
