ABOUT BLADENET BLADENET CONCEPT • Founded in May 1999 • BLADENET develops the Amateur Hockey Knowledge Network: an Internet-driven community of interest that brings together amateur hockey players in Canada • The Management team has a proven commitment to amateur sports with over 100 years of experience in minor sports. • The BLADENET Solution automates many of today’s administrative functions.

BLADENETCONCEPT CURRENT SITUATION • Volunteers; • Are over-burdened and stretched for time • Are difficult to find • High turnover • little knowledge transfer • technology skill levels typically are low • Current processes for managing teams, leagues and local associations are labor and paper intensive (non-standard forms for carded and house league registrations)

REFEREE ASSIGNMENT ENHANCEMENTS Referee Assignment enhancements include: • Ability to assign Referees to games based on defined criteria such as: • Referee category • Proximity to arena • Level of games allowed to referee or line • Assignment based on postal code of facility and referee using Global Positioning System • Referee can enter available dates and what postal code he is near each day of the week • Potential to put dates in a queue for tournaments in adjacent leagues where there might be shortages • Email notification of assignments and changes
