  2. 迎接 Web 2.0 時代 • web-base web即平台 • 集體智慧─其實，web 2.0 不是技術上的改革，而是文化、社會性的改革，最明顯的一點就是 [ 集體創作 ]。 • Wiki http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/WikiWiki，源自夏威夷語的「wee kee wee kee」，本是「快點快點」之意。在這裡wiki指的是一種可在網絡上開放多人協同創作的超文本系統 • Tagging 分類，例如：Flickr • 一篇文章可有多個標籤，不用限制文章只屬於某一種分類中，而是當網友依據不同標籤去過濾時，都可找到同一篇符合多項標籤屬性的文章。 EX：SourceForge：Wikipedia：百科全書：Cloudmark 垃圾郵件管理：網路應用程式 google desktop
