Ortaklar tarafından FMH’nın nasıl koruyacağının, paylaşılacağının ve yönetileceğinin belirtilmesi. Proje çıktılarının (sistem, ürün, module, vb.) projenin hangi aşamalarında (İş paketleri) ortaya çıkacağının açıkça belirtilmesi, hangi ortağın o iş paketinden sorumlu olması, sorumlu ortağın hakkı (patent, lisans, telif hakkı, vb.)
