  2. Melanie Lawrence has experience as a leader, educator, and consultant. Currently serving a five-year term as an Advocate at Regional Centers of Excellence (RCE), she has over two decades of experience in K–12 administration and classroom teaching.

  3. Melanie Lawrence-Smith works with schools to support their efforts in student accomplishment. She encourages the development of professional learning communities, leadership teams, and equity-centered teaching practices, demonstrating her commitment to these initiatives.

  4. Melanie Lawrence is grateful for her growth, achievements, and the opportunities she still has to take advantage of as she works with Southeast Service Cooperative.

  5. Melanie Lawrence finds solace in various activities, including dancing, jumping roping, rollerblading, walking dogs, gardening, and spending time outdoors. She loves to cook and eat out, so she is drawn to the culinary industry.
