  1. What the headings mean on the ACCSTATUS Report Type of Report “ACCSTATUS” is the name of this report. It includes your beginning balance, your year-to-date expenditures and what you spent and deposited that month. The other report we commonly use is “TRNDETAILA.” Date of Report Identifies the month for the activity being reported. Lists the last day of the month being reported. What the numbers mean on the ACCSTATUS Report Total deposited this month Total deposited this year 9229 XYZ 95999 XYZ Expense Categories set by MU This is the set way that MU categorizes expenses. Total spent this month Account Balance Amount remaining in your account. If in parentheses, you have overspent your account. Account Code Defines what type of expense is being paid Total spent this year “Actual” column and “Total” column will always be the same. Total of Expenses per Category (Account Code) for the Month
