It includes your beginning balance, your year-to-date expenditures and what you spent and deposited that month. The other report we commonly use is “TRNDETAILA.” Date of Report Identifies the month for the activity being reported. Lists the last day of the month being reported. Total spent this month Account Balance Amount remaining in your account. If in parentheses, you have overspent your account.
