  3. Areas of Focus: Review ICTC preferred practices for TT management and propose updates when relevant Advise field testing of relevant initiatives Review and provide input on IAPB standard equipment list for TT surgery Evaluate need for and support development of capacity strengthening tools

  4. Current Activities: Providing guidance on IAPB standard list: toothed forceps Providing complete information on companies with available kits and lead time for procurement Assisting development of standard data collection using mHealth

  5. Completed Activities Reviewed Trichiasis Action Plan Manual Reviewed TT Outreach Manual Provided a recommendation to the EG regarding inclusion of HEAD START into standard operating procedures for trichiasis surgery training
