Grand Challenge: Taller Stacks • If we continue, we’ll run start-ups directly on optical • No protocols = no measurements, composable OS kernels, protocol verification, no conferences • Thus, we need taller stacks • Also defeats NATs, firewalls, British customs officers, Moore’s law, …
