  4. SNIP ATM Outage • On March 25th from 10 am until noon, Internet access was intermittent • Traffic through SNIP was up and down • Called SNIP and discovered ATM issues with Verizon • SNIP moved our ATM connection to a different router • Problems resolved!

  5. Video Conferencing Issue • Problem : Calls to outside locations connect but no video on local end. If remote calls in, no problems. Problem started after spring break • Solution: Upgraded NAT Cisco router to include video feature • Widener Polycom available for testing at 147.31.67.99 • Contact Tom Erbe 610 499 1045, as needed • Further testing needed to investigate 3 call issue

  6. Caching Server Issue • Received calls for Internet performance issues on April 1st • Found Caching Server CPU at 100% • No streaming traffic found.. Only normal traffic • Solution: removed Widener Caching Server, configured Content Filter, moved DCCC, Ridley, Interboro, Penn Delco & William Penn • CPU now at 60% on both servers

  7. NAT Cisco Router Issue • On April 1st at 2 pm, the NAT Cisco router crashed • Cisco identified problem in the operating system • Downgraded to OS running prior to Spring Break • Internet access restored by 2:30 pm • Cisco will identify fix
