Step One - Small Shapes • Start by selecting which shapes you will use for your pop-up feature. • Start by putting in your smaller shapes where you would like. • You may also add text boxes and group each shape and text box as one item • The next slide shows you an example of step one

Step Two - Larger Shapes • Now start by making by edit copying and pasting each shape. • Make the second shape larger and slide it a little off to one slide • Replace the text in the box with new text if you would like something different.

Step Three – Animating Shapes • First, set you animations to your smaller shapes. You want to have all of them come in before any larger shapes. • Now, animate your larger shapes, but on the in the after animation effects box, you must select hide after next mouse click. • Continue setting your larger shapes with you animations and this setting. • Congratulations you have made a pop-up PowerPoint
