STRENGHTENING WORKING WOMEN’S CAPACITIES AND NETWORKING IN WESTERN BALKANS Main Activities • As results of the 5 national training the women’s networks in the unions start implementing the campaigns about the main items they decided upon. • Partner organizations will realize: • 5 national campaigns on women rights (raise awareness in the companies to the workers women about conciliation of private and working life, improving decisional making positions for women in the work place, face salary gap…); • Production and distribution of flyers and brochures; • Dissemination of a booklet about the results of the project (best practices). • campaining
