  4. As an Active Learner you Should • This course requirements and expectations are designed to help students become successful online learners. Challenges I might face as an instructor of online learning are: 1. Lack of experience in the use of technology and applications software required for this course. 2. Students with very busy schedule and not time for actively participating and completing assignments on time allotted.Learning Strategy to use:Using Cognitive Learning Theories to design learning objects should provide opportunities for making connections to previous experience for every one in this course. As the population of this course is 60% women, and 40% men, the challenge for this instruction model is to provide enough material that are appealing to both gender and that target both realistic previous and current experience.
