  1. Benefits 2010 Historical Snapshot • An historical look at what our members have contributed over the past 4 years for their benefit premiums. Note these numbers represents a yearly contribution.

  2. 2010 Proposed Budget Renewals The following represents the yearly contributions that employees have or will make to their medical premium. The options represent the available choices that the association’s both CSEA/WVEA are going to have to make for their 2010 benefit package.The associations will continue to work with the district in an effort to contain cost.

  3. Proposed Changes to the Benefit Plan Remember that the Blue Shield and Kaiser decreases can only take place with a modification to the Kaiser and Blue Shield PPO Rx. Options 2,3,4 can only occur with a change/changes to the Kaiser or Blue Shield PPO Rx.
