Scheme of payment Processing center • Payment system makes the pre-payment to MNO’S account. Only within the limit of this sum payment system have the right to accept payments on payment kiosks. • Payer enters his/her telephone number via the interface of self-service kiosk. • Kiosk sends an inquiry request to Processing center to verify entered mobile number. • Processing center sends an inquiry to the operator for the verification of the entered mobile number . 5. After receiving a positive response to the inquiry, Processing center sends a permission for the kiosk to accept payment. 6. Payer puts cash into the kiosk . • After the cash deposit and client’s confirmation of transaction a request is sent to the server of Processing center 8. After necessary checks and a write-off of funds from payment system account Processing center sends a request for the enrollment of the payment to mobile operator. 9. Money is transferred to the customer's account in mobile operator’s billing system.
