  1. 3 Ways to Overcome Electric Vehicle Test Solution Challenges The future of the automobile industry is completely electric — these vehicles use batteries to store energy. To create electric vehicles, companies need to work on their batteries and improve their electric vehicle test solutions. By 2040, it is estimated that one in every three cars sold will be electric, and one of the biggest concerns with EVs is the range and the charging time. The companies are already hard at work innovating a new battery technology and also improvising the already existing battery technology. The other factor that needs innovation and improvisation is the recycling industry. As EV vehicles become more widely available, the old vehicles and their batteries need proper waste management systems and recycling as they contain harmful chemicals. Charging Speed, performance, and range Unlike gas vehicles, EV vehicles take a few hours to get fully charged and can only travel as much as or a little bit lower distance when compared with a gas car that has its tank full. This is an inconvenience that keeps most people from embracing EV technology. Until more charging stations are deployed, the EV industry will suffer from slow growth in most parts of the world. Therefore, most companies should innovate and should have proper electric vehicle test solutions so that they don’t catch fire like the present-day Lithium-Ion batteries when there is an unexpected chemical reaction or due to excessive heat. Major players such as Samsung are working to develop a breakthrough graphene battery technology that can hold more energy, doesn't catch fire under abnormal conditions, and has a longer life that is expected to last many decades. By increasing the capacity to hold more energy in the battery, the range increases automatically. Graphene batteries are also touted to charge extremely fast. If the graphene battery is mass produced, the existing challenges of the EV market will come to an end as they can deliver a longer range than the current gas cars on a full tank. EV vehicle growth is limited due to present-day battery limitations and charging stations across the country. While present-day EV vehicles can be a great option for city travel, the same cannot be said for touring. As new battery technology keeps getting introduced to tackle the same problem, most manufacturers and 3rd party manufacturers should introduce proper electric vehicle test solutions so that they can be easily produced in mass after going through all the tests.
