  2. We are a team of business consultants (RAIT-Advice) and we are going to present a three - stars hotel in Rome that called Milani. • Then we are going to make recommendations and suggestions based on the hotel’s strengths and weaknesses. INTRODUCTION

  3. Milani a 3 stars hotel located in the central of Rome town in Italy. • The hotel is near to Termini train station and is very easy for people to find it when they arrived into Rome. They spend only a few minutes walk from the station to arrive. • The hotel is in a good central location, just 5 minutes walk from the central railway station. About the location….

STRENGTHS • Staff Behavior: - staff polite friendly and helpful and knowledgeable • Room Facilities: - clean bedrooms • - Tidy and well kept rooms • - New towels every day • Food Quality and Service: - Buffet breakfast was adequate • - Breakfast was good and cheap • - There are a lot of restaurants near the • hotel • Hotel Facilities: - People can leave their luggage as they arrived before check-in.

WEAKNESS • Room Facilities : - Small bedrooms • - no safe • - no mini bar • - very flat pillows • Parking Facilities: - No parking on site • Food Quality and Services: - Service varied, but did provide • good advice on local restaurants • Décor: - needs up-dating • - Furniture such as chairs, desks are threadbare and • showing their age. • - walls have a sherbet green color and they were very dirty • No free Wi-Fi, ( 50 cent per hour)

  6. SOLUTIONS • Free Wi-Fi for all customers • Needed parking • New furniture and clean walls • Staff has to be trained • More modern decoration
