Practice , practice and practice He raises the bar of difficulty and tries to overcome that….. Moral: Keeping raising your teams performance bar..if not they will Become complacent..and go into a “comfort mode”
Basking in glory… Allow your team to bask in glory when they achieve something that way you are Instilling in them the habit to win… Moral: Reward your team for the achievement.
View problems from a different angle…. You may end up with a better solution when you look at things from a different angle Moral: Learn to detach your self from the current situation and look at the “ Problem” from a Different perspective !
Stay focused, be unruffled There would be umpteen distractions, problems – but stay focused .. that's my cat secret. Moral: Staying focused and clarity of objectives with patience are the keys to succeed
Relationships matter Trust : The foundation of any relationship….your team should trust you and vice-versa Moral : Good business happens with trust…it is the key to any relationship ( Seen here is Fridays good friend and playmate- called “Puppy”)
Thank you Friday…. We will miss you..but you are with us for the wonderful simple lessons you taught us… Friday was a 6 month old, adorable street kitten which came walking to our office on a Friday morning as “small fluffy handful” ,perhaps 2 months old. He refused to go. We adopted him. He passed away due to medical negligence…a wrong surgery and related complications..may his soul rest in peace! …
