  4. Tubular Anodes Tectron® tubular anodes are heat-sealed, twice, achieving almost absolute reliability. Accessories for these anodes, such as mounting supports, flow indicators and blocking diodes are available which make for an improved ease of installation. Tectron® tubular anodes offer the customer improved efficiency, lower electrical resistance and overall lower the operating cost of the electrocoating plant.

Ultrafiltration Spiral Membranes Membracon spiral membrane elements are ideal for most concentration or clarification applications, their construction suits a broad range of chemical, temperature and pressure applications.The spiral membrane design allows higher membrane areas within a given envelope than other current arrangements. They are energy efficient, compact and economical to install, allowing maximum operating flexibility for most filtration processes.

AC-DC RECTIFIER COATING APPLICATIONS Membracon is available for consultation on the design and supply of rectifiers suitable for use with all electrocoating applications, ranging from small parts indexing systems to larger, continuous automotive coating lines. Complete spares, replacement and service agreements are available.

Process Tank Lining & Repairs Membracon have the ability to design and supply process tanks in a variety of materials, along with suitable lining materials; rubber, PVC FRP, glass flake, and epoxies.In addition a to the initial supply a complete relining service is also available, with the same range of lining materials to suit the application requirements and chemical compatibility of the liquid being contained.

Reverse Osmosis Units Membracon offer a wide range of reverse osmosis plants and replacement membranes, along with a wide range of pre-treatment equipment including softeners, activated carbon filters, and multi-media filters. A complete product range is available from single RO systems to accommodate 150l/h right up to those capable of 50,000l/h with all the associated pre and post equipment from filters to storage tanks and the interconnecting pipework.

UV BACTERIAL PREVENTION SOLUTIONS FOR WATER UV light is a physical, nonintrusive method of ensuring that organisms are unable to replicate, and with a typical life of only a few minutes, they are rendered harmless.Correctly sized UV systems can also be used to de-chlorinate or de-ozonate process water and to assist in the removal of TOC and urea from ultra pure water. The level of a pathogens inactivation depends on the UV dose (UV intensity x exposure time) applied and the pathogens susceptibility to this UV dose and it varies for every pathogen.
