No SERT antibody (Novus Serotonin transporter Antibody (2A9) (H00006532-M06)) Transfected only hSERT Transfected both hSERT and HA ERp44 antibody This experiment is used to test SERT-ERp44 interaction as we previously published. (JBC,2012 ), http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed?term=ERp44%20and%20SERT We Immunoprecipitate with Novus (H00006532-M06), and detect with anti-HA peroxidase.
