    2. April - 2001 Risk International & Associates 1st Electric falls to stage floor Ashville, NC After load in and equipment attached to electric. Tech crew was in the hall at the time but fortunately no one was under the electric.

    5. April - 2001 Risk International & Associates March 31st, 2001 - Lubbock, TX Jai-hua Chin (pronounced Jah-wah) 3rd year student as a master of fine arts (lighting design) is killed instantly when the lift he is using falls over. Outriggers were NOT used.

    6. April - 2001 Risk International & Associates Jai-hua backstage memorial Set up in Jai-hua’ “backstage office” at the Meaedgen Theatre.

    7. April - 2001 Risk International & Associates 4-July-2001 – Rutherford, NJ Kevin Finn, 41 was killed after he fell 20 feet from a steel ladder just moments before the “Feet of Flame” Irish dance performance was set to begin at 8PM. He was wearing a safety harness but apparently failed to attach it to a support structure.
