  2. At the beginning of Time, many demons gathered to plot an evil deed. One of them said: “What is the most precious thing we can take from these humans?” After much thought, the most evil demon said: “I know! We will take away their joy!” But the problem was where could it be hidden so humans could never find it again?

  3. The first demon proposed: “Let’s hide it at the top of the highest mountain.” Immediately another responded: “No. Remember, they are strong and one of them will go up and find it. And then they will all know where it is!”

  4. Another proposed: “Let’s hide it in the depths of the ocean. But another responded: “No. Remember they are clever. One of them will eventually make a submarine to take them there. And they will find it.”

  5. Another proposed hiding it on a far off planet. And they concluded the humans would eventually build a space ship and find it there too!

  6. The last and most clever demon had listened silently. After a long time, he said: “I know where to hide it so they will never find it!” The others turned to him and demanded to know “Where?”

  7. The demon responded: “We shall hide it deep inside themselves! They will be so busy searching outside, they will never look inside!” And ever since, it has been this way. Humans spend their life looking for happiness and joy outside of themselves ...

  8. Without knowing it is already hidden deep within. And all you have to do is search within yourself.
