  7. Agree or Disagree? Read each statement on page 508and rate how much you agree or disagree, using the following rate system: The numbers closer to 0 mean that you disagree and the numbers closer to 5 mean that you agree. Be prepared to share your answers! Disagree 0 1 2 3 4 5 Agree

  8. While you read… Jot a few notes about the following characters, especially about their personalities. • Cassie • Christopher-John • Little Man • Stacey

  9. After you read… • IF you have read Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry, add a few memorable details about the different characters to your already existing notes. If you have not read the book, obviously you will not be able to do this. • Grab a ½ sheet of paper from the teacher desk. Create two meaningful discussion questions about this story.
