  3. What is Photoshop’s Purpose? • It is used to manipulate or enhance digital photographs and to create original digital artwork.

  5. How Does It Work? • You will use Photoshop’s Tools Palette to edit images in layers. -Yay! So lets learn about the 4 tools you need to complete our next project.

  6. The Tools Palette • Move Tool (V)Use this tool to move a layer around after it has been placed. Hold the [Shift] key to limit the movements to vertical/horizontal.

  7. The Tools Palette • Lasso Tool (L)Use this to draw selections in whatever shape you would like. Pretty cool…

  8. The Tools Palette • Eraser Tool (E)This tool works like an eraser and erases any information wherever you click and drag it.

  9. The Tools Palette • Blur Tool (R)The Blur tool works by clicking and dragging the tool to makeselectionsblurry. The more you click and drag, the blurrier things get.
