Concept Security • Different access rights for up to 128 users with their name and individual password protect against unauthorized access! • Name: 2 to 16 characters, Password: 6 to 12 characters • Access Levels (Rights): 1 Read only 2 plus SFC Animation Panel 3 plus Change Data 4 plus Force Control 5 plus Download 6 plus Change Program 7 plus Change Configuration 8 plus Tools (DFB, Converter) 9 plus Supervisor

Concept: Options Confirmations • Confirm deletion of single object • If this check box is activated, a query will be performed prior to each deletion of a single object. • Confirm deletion of multiple objects • If this check box is activated, a query will be performed prior to the simultaneous deletion of several objects.
Preferences Common • Use command Common to open dialog box where several common settings for saving a project, address format, etc can be made.
Preferences Graphical Editors • Use command Graphic Editors to open a dialog box where settings for editor handling can be made.
Preferences Analysis • Use command Analysis to open a dialog box where settings for analyzing the logic can be made.
