Contract Overview • Contractor: IKON Office Solutions, Inc. • Contract Timeframe: (2) years with (2) – 1year renewal options • Savings from previous QPA: • Range from 20-55% (depending on equipment type) • 48 month lease • No termination for convenience • Data Overwrite Security Systems (DOSS) Kit mandatory inclusion
New Features • Maintenance • No Minimum Impression Volume • Cost per Copy/Usage ONLY • Early Lease Upgrade Program • Timeframe Qualifier: If lease expires before Sept. 1, 2011; (3) previous months are waived if agency requests to utilize early lease upgrade program. • Deeper discounts on Equipment and Maintenance • E-Procurement Punch-out FORTHCOMING!! • Quarterly Performance Metrics w/ Financial Consequence • NEW Justification Questions
