About my Company • It’s a company of 2000 employees. • There are 10 different departments, including Professional Learning where I work. • We just acquired a company and are moved into a new market. Business development is handling the acquisition. • About Me • I am talented at training adult learners. • I have a small family. • I can’t move out of the area. • I love a good challenge! • I volunteer at my church to do the weekly audio/video sessions. • I am a great communicator with vendors. • I can take a $10,000 pay cut. • My job issues: • No upward mobility • Routine tasks • Not personally rewarding • Overwhelmed in December and May.
