Behrens Lab Summary • We study the physiology of severe systemic inflammation as might be seen in: • Genetic Disorders • Autoimmune/autoinflammatory disorders • Therapies (e.g. cancer immunotherapy) • Interests in IFNg, IL-10, TLR biology • Expertise in dendritic cells, macrophages in inflammatory disease, animal models of inflammation, TLR signaling • Seeking expertise in: imaging of intracellular vesicle trafficking
