Full-Service Benefits • Use of One Permit Across All Mailing Locations (“Mail Anywhere”) • Elimination of Permit Fees • Track and Monitor Service • Start-the-Clock on Mail Entry • Visibility and Tracking • Free Address Correction • Change of Address and Nixie • Not available for Standard Mail ECR Flats (Basic, High Density, High Density Plus)

Full-Service Benefits – Mail Anywhere Sign-up Process Before participating in the Mail Anywhere program, the mailer must complete the following four steps. • Step 1: Verify you meet the Full-Service requirement. For additional information, view the back of the Mail Anywhere Fact Sheet. • Step 2: Email the PostalOne! Help Desk at postalone@usps.gov with the following information: • Request for Mail Anywhere • Customer Registration ID (CRID) – for Location where mail is prepared • Contact Name • Company Name • Business Address, including City, State, and ZIP code • Permit #’s and BMEU’s where the permit is registered • Postal Facilities where you plan on dropping your mail Provide the permit #’s that you plan on consolidating and additional customer permits you mail for‐ so that we can supply the account numbers for each permit. • Step 3: Follow the instructions from the Help Desk on how to populate your electronic mailing files optional – submit test job to Test Environment for Mailers (TEM) via https://tem.uspspostalone.com/postal1/index.cfm?com=false • Step 4: Submit your Mail Anywhere job to the Production environment
Full-Service Benefits – 90% Full-Service and Permit Fee Waiver • Waiver of presort fee is a Full-Service benefit • 90% of mailing volume must be Full-Service and if maintained, the presort fee will be waived. • The 90% threshold will be tracked cumulatively over a yearlong time period, rather than at the postage statement level. • If the permit continues to hold at least a 90% Full-Service ratio, the annual presort fee will continue to be waived • If the permit no longer holds at least a 90% Full-Service ratio, the annual presort fee will be required immediately
Full-Service Waive Start and End Dates • PostalOne! will calculate the annual Full-Service waive start date • For First-Class:Start date is the transaction date of the first mailing where both the permit holder’s annual fee and the mailing agent’s annual fee expired and the Full-Service threshold of 90% is met. • For Non-First-Class:Fee-waive start date is the transaction date of the first mailing where the permit holder’s annual fee expired and the Full-Service threshold of 90% is met. • PostalOne! will calculate the annual Full-Service waive end date • The Full-Service fee-waive period will end when: • When the cumulative Full-Service percentage falls below 90% • After a full year of uninterrupted cumulative Full-Service percentage of over 90% • Does not mean the fee is due, simply means a new fee-waive period is ready to start • If the mailer never dips below 90%, the fee-waive period starts over on the fee anniversary date

What is Mailer Scorecard • The Mailer Scorecard provides a dashboard view summarizing performance • Allows comparison across facilities • Conditional formatting provides a trending view across months • Drill reports provide a way to determine specific mail preparation errors • Available for any company that submits electronic documentation • Data grouped by eDoc submitter CRID • No view for mail owners at this time
How Are the Reports Accessed • Enter the appropriate user name and password in the Business Customer Gateway • Select Sign In • Scroll down to the Tools & Wizard section • Select Mailing Reports • Select Mailer Scorecard
How Are the Reports Accessed • New in January 2014, users can pick ‘I’m an eDoc submitter’ or ‘I’m a Mail Owner’ from the launch page • eDoc submitter option shows the metrics for the user who submitted the eDoc • Mail Owner option shows the metrics by mail owner and mail preparer (By/For)
What Validations Are Performed • Within 48 hours after the mailing is processed the following occurs: • Full-Service eDoc verification • Check every container, handling unit and piece in electronic documentation and evaluate for specific errors • Trend results are monitored for at least one month

Mailers can increase the chances their containers are inducted with these tips: • Make sure barcodes are clear, readable, and survive the trip • Check eInduction status prior to shipping containers • Optional: Associate containers to appointments - it makes it easier to resolve containers • Optional: Include an eInduction flag on the pallet placard • Optional: Include the Appointment # on the Bill of Lading
