  4. What is the INTOSAI-Donor Cooperation? The Cooperation is a strategic partnership between the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) and the Donor community.   6. 2. Governance structure of the Cooperation Decision making organ, consisting of the donor signatories to the MoU, SAIs nominated to represent the regional committees and INTOSAI bodies. The Committee meets about once a year. Provides strategic direction and interim decision making between SC meetings. Composed of two Co-Chairs, one representing INTOSAI and one representing the donors, and two vice-Chairs, one representing INTOSAI, and one representing the donors. Co-Chairs: SAI Saudi Arabia, World Bank Vice-Chairs: SAI USA, Department of International Development UK Supports the implementation of the MoU Hosted by IDI, in Oslo, Norway. Main financing sources: Irish Aid, SECO Switzerland and the Austrian Development Agency
