DAY 1, SATURDAY, APRIL 13, 2019 • 4:00 a.m. Students arrive at North Hills High School • 4:30 a.m. Depart North Hills High School • Breakfast and lunch en route, provided by Choral Parents • 12:30 p.m. Arrive at Liberty State Park • 1:00 p.m. Reserve ticket to go through security • TBA Ferry from Liberty State Park to Liberty Island • Group takes ferry from Liberty Island to Battery Park and walks to the 9/11 Memorial • 4:30 p.m. 9/11 Memorial • 5:00 p.m. One World Observatory • 6:30 p.m. Depart One World Observatory • 7:30 p.m. Dinner at John’s of Times Square Pizzeria (Included) • 9:00 p.m. Depart dinner • 10:00 p.m. Arrive at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Meadowlands • 100 Paterson Plank Road, Carlstadt, New Jersey 07072 • 11:00 p.m. Lights Out Security guards on duty until 6:00 a.m.
DAY 2, SUNDAY, APRIL 14, 2019 • 8:00 a.m. Breakfast at the hotel • 9:00 a.m. Depart hotel • 10:00 a.m. Drop off at the Brooklyn Bridge walk from the the Brooklyn side to Manhattan • 11:30 a.m. Meet buses at Trinity Place and travel to Times Square • 12:30 p.m. Picture in Times Square (purchase optional) • 1:00 p.m. Provided lunch at Patrick’s Restaurant in Times Square • 2:30 p.m. Group meets at Broadway Theatre • 3:00 p.m. “King Kong” at the Broadway Theatre (show lasts 2h 30m). Immediately following show board buses for the cruise • 6:30 p.m. Board the Spirit of Manhattan Cruise at Chelsea Piers • 7 – 9:30 p.m. Dinner Dance Cruise • 10:30 p.m. Return to hotel • 11:00 p.m. Lights Out Security guards on duty until 6:00 a.m.
DAY 3, MONDAY, APRIL 15, 2019 • 7:00 a.m. Breakfast at the hotel (Included) & check out • 7:45 a.m. Depart hotel Rest stop en route • 11:00 a.m. Arrive at Messiah College One College Ave, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 Calvin and Janet High Center All ensembles perform for clinicians Schedule on next slide – parents welcome Lunch from campus catering • 6:00 p.m. Depart Messiah College Subway dinner on way home • 10:00 p.m. Return to North Hills High School
