  3. Basic Measures: • Frequency (SAIFI) • Duration (CAIDI) • Major Storms as defined in Part 97 • Cause Code (Tree contacts, equipment failures, lightning, etc.)

  4. Customer Hours of Interruption:

  5. RPM Targets: • Orange and Rockland failed to meet it’s customer outage duration RPM target of 1.85 due to one transmission event, which accounted for: • 20% of customers interrupted • 43% of their customer outage duration • All other companies met their RPM targets for 2015.
