School Counselor - Trained in career development and exploration, knows student throughout high school, can account for academic and personal/social development, knowledgeable of all postsecondary options, referral source to other resources Career Coach - Trained in career development and exploration, district-wide employee, assists with programing (internship, campus visits, presentations, awareness) Career Advisor (DLR) - Trained in career development and exploration, focus on work-based learning experiences (internship and job shadow), can assist with individual needs as well (application completion, soft-skills, job search, etc.)
