Download McAfee on your Device via McAfee.com/activate If you want to use McAfee on your device, you need to first download the software using the below steps: Go to the official McAfee website via mcafee.com/activate. Click the My Account option. Choose an antivirus that you wish to install on your device. Then, choose your device type and click the Download button. Check the box that shows you Read License Agreement. Now, write down your software serial number. Tap on Download and start downloading the software. Wait for the download to complete. Now, the McAfee software has been downloaded to your device.

  4.  Install McAfee Antivirus on your device After downloading the software on your device via mcafee.com/activate, you can install the same using the below pointers. Once you downloaded the software on your device, open it. Open the McAfeeInstaller file. On your pop-up box, click Open. Then, type your password into the box and click the OK button. On the McAfee Master Installer, type the serial number that you see on your McAfee software.

  5. Click Next. Now, you need to wait when McAfee Installer installs your software on the device. You will see a pop-up box called System Extension Blocked during the installation process and then click Open Security Preferences. Your device will show you the Security and Privacy pane, and at your bottom-left side, click the yellow lock. Type your device’s password into the box and unlock your device preferences. Then, click the Allow button to permit  McAfee Installer to install the software on your device. You need to wait until the installation process gets complete. After completing the installation process, follow the on-screen commands for McAfee’s complete protection. Tap on Finish to complete the McAfee installation process on your device.

  6. Activate your McAfee Account Easily activate your McAfee account on your device. Below we have listed some steps on how to activate a McAfee account on your device. Get the 25-digit activation code that you will find on McAfee products. Once you find the activation code, visit mcafee.com/activate. Now, type your 25-digit activation code into the enter your code box. Also, enter your email id connected to your McAfee account into the email box. Click Next to proceed. Check and customize options and McAfee membership benefits on your next page. Tap on Activate Membership. Click the Download option and start downloading your purchased product on your device. After finishing the download, open the downloaded file. Now, tap on Yes on the pop-up and make some changes to your device. Click the Install button on the new McAfee installer. Now, you need to follow the on-screen instructions. Finally, you have successfully activated your McAfee account.

  7. Renew your Expired McAfee Subscription If your McAfee subscription has expired, you can renew the same. You only need to follow the below commands. First, go to the official website of McAfee through mcafee.com/activate and log in to your account. On the My Accounts page, choose My Account, and then tap on Subscriptions. Click All expired and see your expired subscriptions, and click View active to check your McAfee subscriptions that have not been expired. Search for subscriptions that you wish to renew and click Renew.
