  2. Graduated from Lasell University Michael Conner graduated from Lasell University with his Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. He continued his education at the University of Bridgeport, Southern Connecticut State University, and Cambridge College, where he received his Ed.D. He is a podcaster, author, and educator whose career is as impressive as his extensive education.

  4. Advanced Certificate for Executives Michael Conner, Ed.D studied at Southern Connecticut State University, receiving his Sixth-Year Diploma of Advanced Studies in educational leadership. He continued his education with his Ed.D. and participated in MIT Sloan School of Management where he received his Advanced Certificate for Executives in July 2021. Dr. Conner began his career in education as a fourth-grade teacher and has served as a principal, assistant superintendent.

He is the Founder and CEO of Agile Evolutionary Group, and he assists organizations in finding and implementing systems which create educational success. Dr. Conner attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where he received an Advanced Certificate, and he holds a graduate degree in business analytics from Harvard University.

  6. Chief Academic Officer Michael Conner, Ed.D founded the Agile Evolutionary Group and serves as its CEO. He was previously the Superintendent of Schools in Middletown, Connecticut as well as Chief Academic Officer in Norwalk, Connecticut. He created the Disruptive Excellence Framework. Dr. Conner took part in the Executive Leadership Program at the University of Connecticut and completed the AASA/Howard University National Urban Superintendents Academy program in Washington, D.C.
