Goals / Benefits of the Yokogawa Users Group • Users • To bring together end users and supplier - managers, engineers, and technicians in order to improve the safety, efficiency, productivity and profitability of their company with a Yokogawa centric focus. • To learn about new solutions from Yokogawa. • To learn about new features to be incorporated into existing equipment. • Yokogawa • Epicenter of Yokogawa’s present and future product market. • Unbelievable opportunity to do market research and understand what are the users biggest challenges.

What does the steering committee do? • Act as a communication conduit between Yokogawa for North America users. • We’re here to represent YOU: • North America Yokogawa Users Group needs and desires • Find a Steering Committee Member and give your input! • Provide input on Yokogawa’s web site • Users advisory for the biannual users conference, suggesting format and topics : • Help insure Yokogawa Users Group presents timely and relevant material for users • Review/Approve logistics (agenda / timing / location) • Provide user feedback, develop business case and prioritize product enhancements to Yokogawa’s development process • Steering Committee Activities • Attend monthly teleconferences • Help Plan Users Conference and Exhibition - North America • Engage at the conference

Impact of User’s Group Feedback to Conference • Improvements to the Conference based on Users Recommendations • Morning General Sessions: Business driven topics • Technology and Industry keynotes • Breakout session topics • User Only Session at mid-point of conference • Sessions and Presentations arranged by technical topic • Increase time for speakers to get some more depth • Sessions made of end-users, suppliers, and Yokogawa – a wide range of industry experts! • Professional Development Hours
