  2. Michael LeRoy of Orlando is the managing partner and co-founder of Fulmer LeRoy & Albee. They have offices in multiple locations across the state of Florida to better serve clients and deal with many types of cases, although they specialize in civil tort defense law. This includes cases dealing with automobile and transportation claims, premises liability claims, product liability claims, construction related claims, medical malpractice and complex tort claims including wrongful death claims, and workers' compensation.

  3. Civil trial defense attorneys will sometimes be contracted to work exclusively with an insurance company to represent the company’s insured clients. They will fight for the rights of the company’s clients in out of court negotiations and if cases go to trial. Firms can also be independent where clients can choose their own representation. Often times the insurance companies will look into the firm since they will usually be paying the bill for services.
