  6. Competence When you become an expert in your field, people will respect you and also honor your opinions. Attend trainings, seminars and other activities that will develop your competence. Identify your strengths and leverage them.

  7. Accountability Be accountable, learn to adhere strictly to your commitments and always be willing to take responsibility. Be open to criticism You are demonstrating to people that you are a professional when you respond positively to criticism.
