Ron Eakes joined Dale Carnegie Course for personal grooming, public speaking, salesmanship, leadership skills. • He established his own construction company in 1979 known as Mid Plains Construction, Plains, KS. • The company has been striving to offer a wide range of construction services for more than 30 years. • The company is ranked as one of the most reputed construction companies located in the Kansas area.
He has more than 70 employees who work with complete dedication under his great leadership. • Besides being the owner of a successful company, he also runs three ready mix plants and has a huge partnership in two dairies.
Ron Eakes is a successful owner of Mid Plains Construction Plains KS and he was born in the western part of Kansas. • He lived at a farm and grew up along with his ten other siblings. • For his early education, he enrolled at the South Western Heights School, Kansas and in 1977, he graduated from that very same school.
After this, he studied Dodge City Community College for a degree program which is a co-educational and public college headquartered at Dodge City and was founded in 1935. • It is also known as DC3 and DCCC. The students participated in numerous sports activities. • The college offers associate degrees in arts, applied science, nursing, and other educational fields. • The athletics team of the college is highly famous and called Conqs.
Ron is a committed social person who is highly involved in several local charities and community non-profit organizations. • Some of the organizations and charities which he supports are American Cancer Society, Kansas peace officers, Save the Children, Special Olympics, Knights of Columbus, Children’s Miracle Network, the Church Council, and County Economic Organization. • He has also take keen interest towards Lion's club and local school board.
