Ron was born and brought up in the western part of Kansas, and spent his childhood in a farm house along with his ten siblings. He was a brilliant student and always remained focused on his aims and goals. He began his education at the same place and graduated from the South Western Heights School, Kansas in 1977. After this, he enrolled at Dodge City Community College, Dodge city, Kansas where he pursued a degree program.

Ron Eakes owns a construction company in Plains, Kansas. This company, called Mid Plains Constructions, was established in 1979 and has more than 70 full-time employees. The company provides variety of construction services such as Asphalt Driveway Restructuring, Foundation repairs, floor leveling, grading services, general construction, concrete ready mix sales and advanced concrete construction. The company caters to an array of clients for 33 years. Ron also has three ready mix plants and is running two large scale Dairies in partnership.
Ron Eakes like to spend his leisure time in the lap of nature. He loves to travel through out the country and explore new places. Being a good golfer, he likes to play golf with his friends. He is married and has three children.
Ron Eakes also did an extensive Dale Carnegie Course, which is a learn-by-doing course developed by Dale Breckenridge Carnegie. Carnegie was a well-renowned lecturer and writer, who wrote an assortment of self-help books and created highly effective self-improvement courses to enhance the personality. This course strengthens the skills, builds up self-confidence, improves communication skills, and develops leadership qualities. This course also improves the attitude and helps in decreasing the stress.
