CVARSCommercial Vehicle Analysis Reporting System GRANT CRITERIA Acknowledge having reviewed the CVARS analyst/advocate position Acknowledge having reviewed the FMCSA SAFETYNET selection criteria and critical data elements and, if the State does not use these criteria, indicate its willingness to revise the State crash reporting. Acknowledge reviewing any FMCSA studies that analyze the State’s truck and bus crash reporting in the proposal. Provide quarterly progress reports
