Michael Yanko

Michael Yanko was an officer in the Israeli Army, as well as the owner of Classic Group Reality from 1992 to 1999. He is also currently on the board of the Salvation Army. He is responsible for developing more than a million square feet of residential and hospitality locations in New York. He has also opened a new hotel this year, and sold several condos.

  1. Michael Yanko Is A Successful Real Estate Developer Michael Yanko was born in Eilat, Israel in 1967. He attended a prominent school is Israel as a child and did well with all subjects. He enrolled at Baruch College after high school. He studies finances and graduate Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in finance and investment. While in college he also opened his own brokerage. After college, he became an officer in the Israeli army for four years. Michael Yanko moved to New York in 1999 to take advantage of the many real estate opportunities. His real estate tactics include buying real estate at the lowest price possible and renovating and improving it so it can be resold for a profit. He also focuses on building in locations that offer something specific, unique and of high value. His has developed many residential and hospitality areas in New York. He prefers to say busy and it is not uncommon for him to take on several projects at a time. Right now he is working on the development of three residential properties in Westchester and creating a modern area where people can find some of the same products and services that are available in Manhattan, but at a fraction of the cost. As of September 2015, Michael has several properties for sale. These properties range from luxury condos in Bronxville, NY to smaller residential properties. He also just announced the opening of the Time Hotel in Nyack, New York. Michael Yanko has set many goals for himself. He strives to sell at least a billion dollars in real estate every three years. He also works hard to contribute to the many charities he supports. He often donates to the Salvation Army and is also on the Salvation Army Board. He donates and supports the Making Headway Foundation, Pediatric Cancer research and youth activities. He has even coached football and soccer for the last 10 years. Michael’s wife is his business partner and the couple enjoys working together. They also make it a point to spend time together outside of work. Real estate is Michael’s dream job and he feels lucky and thankful to be able to have his career. He aspires to continue to grow his business to become even more successful. Michael has worked hard and put a lot of time and hard work into becoming a successful real estate developer. He plans to continue to set business goal for himself and work alongside his wife to achieve them.
