He says they are bringing a unique metropolitan product to just outside of Manhattan, and offering it at half the price the same thing would command inside Manhattan. His objectives include selling a billion dollars of real estate every three years.

  2. Michael YankoChief Executive Officer Michael Yanko is a real estate developer in New York City. He owned Classic Group Realty for seven years in the 1990s and developed more than one million square feet of residential and hospitality space in New York. He is currently the CEO of WY Management, a real estate development company he owns with his wife.

  3. Michael YankoFinance and Investment Michael Yanko is a New York real estate developer, and the CEO of WY Management. He was born and raised in Israel, where he attended the country's most prominent school, and later served as an officer in the Israeli army for four years. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Baruch College, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in finance and investment in 1994.

  4. Michael YankoRedefining Suburban Living Michael Yanko says that he is redefining suburban living with WY Management, the company he co-owns with his wife, and for which he serves as CEO. WY Management is currently doing three residential development projects in Westchester, which will offer New York-style amenities outside of the city. He says that the same type of development within Manhattan would fetch twice the price.
