  2. Characters Ethan Feld- A boy hates baseball, but plays because his father loves it. Jennifer T.- The best and nicest baseball player on the team Mr. Feld- Ethan’s dad. He love to play baseball, but is in mourning over his dead wife Cuinfoil- A magical creature from another world, where baseball is a sacred sport.

  3. Summary Ethan Feld hates baseball, and isn’t any good at it either. In his last game he made three errors! But is forced to play because of his father’s deep passion for the game. One day a magical animal named Cuinfoil take him to another world, where baseball is a sacred sport. Cuinfoil explains to Ethan that the whole universe is a tree. There are four worlds which are the main braches of the tree. One of them is closed off because of the evil coyote, who seeks to destroy the world. Cuinfoil says that Ethan is the ‘chosen one’ and that only he can stop the evil coyote from destroying the tree. Will Ethan be able to save the universe, or will coyote prevail in destroying the tree? Read Summerland to find out.
