  1. Anahata Chakra – Attaining Self-Realization Through Love The heart chakra is a powerful energy that helps us explore divinity through receiving and giving love freely. This fourth chakra is often considered the most influential among the seven chakras as it helps us attain the height of divinity. Anahata means “unbeaten” or “unstruck,” which identifies a deep, unconditional, and infinite feeling of love that offers a deeper understanding of self and others. It is found in the center of the chest, where the heart is. It is a form of transformation that allows one to attain higher love levels experienced with an open heart. The color symbol of Anahata is green, which corresponds to the air element and represents expansion and freedom. This chakra helps you attain that conscious state of boundless affection and compassion toward yourself and others around you. “Yam,” meaning to let go or to give, is the Anahata Chakra’s mantra.
