Action Items & Status • NOAA SSC to form a workgroup for In Situ Burning & Dispersant Pre-Authorization review. • MADEP to develop management protocols in the event of a spill to ensure: • deployment of boom systems in MADEP Pollution Response Trailers is integrated in UC decision making process • effective use and compensation issues are institutionalized in our ACP. STATUS: Draft Completed

USCG Sector SENE Response Trailers • USCG Pollution Response Equipment Trailer staged in Point Judith, RI unserviceable • USCG will initiate process to assess need for equipment in current location, need for equipment to be mobile, history of spills in area, existing OSRO resources, etc. • Decision on disposition of trailer and equipment will be fully vetted through AC
