All over the world human life is threatened by destroyed envi- ronment, especially by air pollution. General air cleaning and sterilizing equipments have defect of imperfection of air purifying remaining filthy odor and harmful and fatal substances which cause severe influence of respiratory infections and other diseases. Therefore it is strongly proposed to solve this imperfection of existing methods.
