  3. ECF2 Current Status

  4. eAccounts • eAccounts Release 1B (R1B) • MAT with Miller began last week after resolving outstanding issues • Aon lined up to begin Broker Acceptance Testing in Q4 - dependent on Miller passing MAT • eAccounts Release 2 (R2) • Work has commenced but R2 is behind original schedule due to resource clash with ECF2 and awaiting completion of R1b • Re-plan underway

  5. 2011 Workplan • Draft workplan at LMG tomorrow • Focus on making sure everything that needs to be there is • Then discuss targets • Final sign off 9th December
