  2. What is GoogleEarth? • Google Earth combines the power of Google Search with satellite imagery, maps, terrain and 3D buildings to put the world's geographic information at your fingertips.

  3. How do you use it? • Just type in an address, press Search, and you’ll zoom right in. You can find your home.   • Search for schools, parks, restaurants, and hotels. Get driving directions. • Tilt and rotate the view to see 3D terrain and buildings. • Save and share your searches and favorites

  5. For Business Purposes….1. Commercial Real Estate • Evaluate sites using the built in Google search for competitor locations and existing sites. • Take clients and colleagues on aerial tours of any property

Residential Real Estate • Market properties • Give buyers dramatic fly-through tours of your properties' neighborhoods, showing everything from retail to transportation. • Find homes • You can fly through your market area, identify homes from the MLS, and check criteria like schools and shopping. • Prospect for new customers • Which potential buyers are ready to trade up? Now you can prospect from the air, saving valuable time in your car
