First: Shapes: It is a collection of basic geometrical shapes (square, circle, beam .....) in addition to many forms of use such as stock shapes and different types, stars, banners, dialog bubbles. All these shapes are adjustable in terms of measurements, color, shadow, rotation, reflection, etc. • To add a shape click: insert bar < shapes, The adjacent menu will appear, you can click on the desired shape and the pointer will move to Shape (+) where you can start drawing the shape on the desired position of the page.
To type text inside the shape: Right-click the shape < Add Text • To update the shape, double-click it, and a new bar appears with the name format, can through it 1. Change the color of the shape from icon 2. Change the color of the frame from icon 3. Add effects to the shape from icon 4. Change the shape to another basic shape from icon < Change Shape 5. Change the text color in the basic shape
6. To change the order of key shapes above each other: Right-click the shape to change its order < Order < choose Bring To Front for grilling the shape forward or Send to Back to send the shape back
Most shapes contain a small yellow object (or more), which are used as handles to change shape regulation: 7. Choose a ready fill pattern 8. To clear a basic shape, click the shape < click delete from keyboard 9. To merge a set of shapes and make them one piece: click on the border shapes with the compression of Ctrl key < Right click on one of the selected shapes < Group , To separate items, repeat the operation with a selection Ungroup
Second: Pictures: To add an image file to the work page: click insert bar < picture < from insert picture window go to the image's location< click the button Insert
To edit the image, double click it, a new bar will appear with the name format The image can be modified as follows: • The white handles around the image are used to zoom in / out, and use the green handle to rotate. • To adjust the picture lighting: click icon • Convert image to single color: click icon choose the desired color.
To add Photoshop filter effects to the image: click • select the filter you want • Returns the image to its original state: click • The image will be fixed in the location where it was added, to make it free to move: click Wrap Text < Square
To add image ready settings, click the section and choose the appropriate setting.
To add a frame to the image, click the icon and select the color, thickness, and frame style • To cut part of the image: Make sure the image is in the movable position (Wrap Text < Square) click Move the black corners around the image to keep the desired section< click enter key
You can also cut the image according to a certain template in the basic formats as follows: Make sure the image is in the movable mode ((Wrap Text <Square) Click the small arrow near the icon < choose Crop to Shape < Choose the desired format:
Third: Clip Arts: The Word contains a set of cartoons (Clip Arts), a simple symbolic can be inserted into the worksheet by clicking on the bar Insert < Clip Art, the right-hand window will open with the name Clip Art < click Go all cartoons will appear in that side window < Click the graphic to add to the worksheet.
You can apply all the effects in the subject of pictures on Clip Art
Fourth: Smart Art : These are the schemes used in scientific presentations (such as hierarchy, cross-section, life cycle, .....). To add a descriptive map: Click Insert bar < click icon < the following window will appear:
From type Hierarchy choose as example of an explanation When you choose the shape and press a button O.K, the chart will be drawn inside the worksheet without settings where you can type inside the cells by clicking inside and printing the data as shown:
When you double click on the chart frame, a new window will appear with a name (design) that contains all the settings that can be applied to the selected chart. There are settings similar to all other charts in the list of charts
Fifth : Statistical Charts: You can add a statistical chart representing a given spreadsheet so that the chart is updated automatically if you update table values. To add a statistical chart in Word: Click Insert< click icon The following window will appear to select the desired layout format:
By choosing one of the formats (first, for example), the screen will be split into two halves. The statistical chart can be seen in the Word window to the left of the screen.
To change the data of the table to the data of three students and their grades in four subjects, we note the update of the scheme automatically after printing the class and move to another cell:
After you have entered the values, close the Excel window and return to the Word window on which you were working. To open a window again in the future for the purpose of updating table data: Click on the chart area and three new bars appear < click design bar < click icon < The Excel page will appear in the right pane where you can make the required edits. To review some of the basic settings that can be applied to the scheme:
To change the color of any element of the chart (background, color string columns, key chart): Click once on the item to change < click format bar < click icon and choose the new color • To change the writing style on the axes, click on the writing < Change font settings normally from home bar • Change the chart type (without scanning the original schema and rebuilding a new chart): Click the chart area < click design bar <click icon choose the new format.
